Sales & Business Development Manager – Deputy (Fire Detection)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager – Deputy Manager for Bosch Fire Detection and Safety System in Bangalore. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our fire safety solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement and follow‑up.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development initiatives.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and key performance indicators.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand professional networks.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PGDM, or MBA.
• Minimum 3 + years of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
