Sales & Business Development Deputy Manager – Fire Detection

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Deputy Manager to drive growth of Bosch’s Fire Detection and Safety System solutions in Jaipur, India. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and strategic engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape business development strategies.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage an active sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure of opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
• Track and analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators to optimise results.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in safety or building technology solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
