Sales Business Development (Branding Agency)

About the role

TICCO, a branding, digital and creative agency based in Pune, is looking for a Sales Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying business opportunities, generating leads through both online and offline channels, and presenting tailored solutions that align with TICCO’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and industries to uncover potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads using digital tools, networking events, and outbound outreach.
• Prepare customized pitches, presentations, and proposals that match client needs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and track progress in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal branding, creative and strategy teams to ensure proposals are feasible and compelling.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.
• Contribute to internal strategy discussions to expand existing accounts.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research abilities to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for relationship building.
• Proven experience in lead generation and a sales‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and thrive in a competitive environment.
• Prior experience in an agency, marketing, real‑estate or business‑development role is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is advantageous.
