Sales Associate - US Hotels

About the role

Atica is looking for a Sales Associate to support US‑based hotels using its tech‑first revenue management platform. The role is based in Pune and works night shifts to align with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales support for multi‑branded hotels in the USA and develop action plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new prospects, activate accounts in the US market and expand market share.
• Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using a lead‑management platform to shorten the sales cycle.
• Ensure hotel ownership profitability and discover new ways to add value for each property.
• Lead bi‑weekly sales strategy calls with designated hotels.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall success.
• Support the creation of sales strategies and suggest improvements to sales processes.

Required profile

• Available to work from the Pune office (Monday‑Friday, 5 PM‑3 AM IST shift).
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and able to work independently with strong initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for phone rapport building.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluent written and verbal English for pitches, proposals, correspondence and reporting.
