Sales Associate – Skincare (Hybrid, Kozhikode)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Employee to join OURAE HEALTH AND BEAUTY in Kozhikode. This full‑time hybrid position combines in‑store customer interaction with online support, helping clients choose skincare solutions that align with their natural biology.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers both in‑store and via digital channels, understanding their skin‑care needs.
• Demonstrate product features, recommend appropriate items, and process sales transactions.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales system, including inventory updates and sales reports.
• Support merchandising activities, conduct inventory checks, and help set up promotional displays.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer‑service teams to execute campaigns and follow up with customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or direct sales, preferably in skincare, cosmetics or wellness.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with active listening and clear communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing or life sciences is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Kozhikode market is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Comfort using online communication tools.
• Ability to generate simple reports using reporting software.
