Sales Associate – Jewellery (Retail)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our new jewellery showroom in Shahpur Jat, South Delhi. The role focuses on delivering a premium shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining the visual standards of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and after‑sales support professionally.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure jewellery displays are neat and secure.
• Coordinate billing, inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Follow security procedures for jewellery inventory.
• Assist with store opening, closing, and support promotional events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Good understanding of jewellery products, gemstones, precious metals and market trends.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory tasks.
