Sales Associate – Jewellery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our new jewellery showroom in Shahpur Jat, South Delhi. The role focuses on delivering a premium shopping experience to upper‑middle‑class and high‑net‑worth customers while meeting individual and store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, pricing and provide after‑sales support.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle billing, inventory checks, stock replenishment and daily store operations.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure jewellery displays are secure.
• Follow security procedures and assist with store opening and closing.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Well‑groomed, confident and professional appearance.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge for billing, inventory management and POS systems.
