About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in South Delhi and focuses on delivering an engaging shopping experience. The Sales Associate welcomes visitors, understands their preferences, and offers product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide product information.
- Process sales transactions using point‑of‑sale systems, handling cash and digital payments.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with basic stock tracking.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
- Keep the gallery or store space clean and orderly.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective communication in English; Hindi or other local languages are a plus.
- Ability to work on‑site in South Delhi, including weekends and peak hours.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
