About the role
The Sales Associate will work on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for maintaining store standards while supporting customers throughout their shopping journey.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and store standards.
- Handle stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Support billing processes and respond to customer queries.
- Promote offers and new products.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
