Sales Associate – Fashion Retail

About the role

KEYORA, a premium multi‑brand fashion destination in Ahmedabad, is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to deliver personalized shopping experiences across top fashion labels such as US Polo Assn., Levi’s, Arrow, Indian Terrain and Flying Machine. You will greet customers, understand their style preferences, recommend products, and help achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, personalised shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences, requirements and style.
• Recommend products based on individual needs.
• Drive individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain premium store presentation and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Assist with billing and POS operations.
• Stay updated on new collections, products and offers.
• Keep racks, displays and the store floor organised and customer‑ready.

Required profile

• Confident, energetic and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Passionate about fashion, styling and retail.
• Professional and well‑presented.
• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; English is an advantage.
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Positive, ambitious and target‑driven.
• Willing to work weekends and rotational shifts.
• Freshers welcome – attitude, communication and willingness to learn are essential.
