About the role
The Sales Assistant role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will engage with shoppers, provide knowledgeable assistance, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers with pride, passion and care, answering queries in line with store policy.
- Maintain store presentation by merchandising shelves and keeping all areas to the highest standard.
- Uphold Centra’s brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
- Support new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
- Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer‑driven attitude with previous customer service experience preferred.
