Sales & Application Engineer – Pune/Ahmedabad

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Application Engineer to drive business development for our Compact Hydraulic product portfolio across Pune and Ahmedabad. You will act as the primary interface between Bosch Rexroth and key customers, delivering tailored solutions that meet their technical and commercial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and business development for all DC (Compact Hydraulic) products within the assigned customer base.
• Develop and nurture relationships at multiple levels – C‑Level, buyers, production, maintenance and engineering managers.
• Design customer‑specific strategies in coordination with Sales Group Leaders and Technology Experts.
• Present technology solutions that address customer requirements and add value.
• Coordinate activities with regional ADMs when customers have multiple sites.
• Achieve sales targets and required sales margin for the allocated accounts.
• Collaborate closely with technology experts, sales managers and other sales‑related functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development for hydraulic or industrial solutions.
• Strong ability to build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales and margin goals.
