Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and customer engagement activities, helping to convert leads into customers while gaining hands‑on experience in e‑commerce services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and guide prospects through service offerings.
• Assist with follow‑ups, lead conversion, and pipeline tracking.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and prepare sales materials.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Analyze performance data to improve outreach strategies.
• Schedule meetings, support client onboarding, and participate in training sessions.
• Assist with social media and digital marketing tasks.
• Gather client feedback and help enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Foundational sales knowledge and interest in sales management.
• Quick learner, able to support training activities and share knowledge.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Hyderabad and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, inclusive and client‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Comfort using spreadsheets.
• Basic awareness of digital marketing and e‑commerce platforms.
