Sales and Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Natura X is a direct‑to‑consumer wellness and skincare brand focused on personalized, doctor‑led Ayurvedic care. As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them through the enquiry process and converting genuine interest into qualified leads for the medical team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and chat.
• Listen empathetically to understand each customer’s skin‑care concerns.
• Validate and qualify genuine enquiries before forwarding them to doctors.
• Explain Natura X’s holistic care model and answer product‑related questions.
• Enter and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the doctor consultation team to ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Deliver a compassionate, high‑quality customer experience at all times.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, support or BPO, preferably in D2C, healthcare or wellness.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam; Tamil and Kannada are a plus.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathetic, patient and customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead management.
