Sales and Account Partner (Life Sciences Cloud)

About the role

This remote position based in Bengaluru partners with Indian pharma, CDMO and CRO customers, helping them address quality challenges through Veeva Vault Life Sciences Industry Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Indian pharma and CDMO companies, focusing on quality domain solutions.
• Create and grow revenue across enterprise and SMB accounts in the life‑sciences sector.
• Build and maintain substance‑rich C‑level relationships.
• Lead and coordinate all Veeva resources associated with each account.
• Deliver analytics, benchmarking and value‑based insights.
• Execute go‑to‑market activities such as events, webinars and round‑tables.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years selling quality and manufacturing software in life sciences.
• 4+ years in a leading life‑science informatics product or consulting sales role.
• 2+ years of SaaS and cloud software sales experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with heads of Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Digital, Finance and Procurement.
• Successful sales and business development track record in the Indian territory.
• Based in Bengaluru with proficiency in English and Hindi; regional language knowledge is a plus.

• Understanding of digital transformation concepts.
