Sales Advisor – Retail Store

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the front‑line ambassador of H&M, delivering a welcoming and fashion‑forward experience for every customer. You will support store operations, maintain visual standards, and help drive sales while sharing your knowledge of trends and product ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and checkout.
• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities.
• Process, stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Open, unpack and label new deliveries, applying security tags as required.
• Handle customer purchases, returns and register transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support colleagues as needed.
