About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, welcoming customers and helping them discover fashion that fits their style. You will work in a dynamic store environment, contributing to a positive shopping experience and supporting the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering fashion and product knowledge to guide purchase decisions.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and back‑of‑house area.

• Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to create an exceptional in‑store experience.
