Sales Advisor

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the front‑line ambassador of H&M, welcoming customers, guiding them through the store and helping them find the perfect items while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fashion and product advice to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and visual merchandising tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service throughout the customer journey.
• Represent the brand positively in every interaction, upholding H&M’s values and sustainability commitments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Passion for fashion and a strong desire to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills, creativity and curiosity about store technology.
• Flexible, action‑oriented and eager to learn and develop.
