Sales Accountant Manager

About the role

The Sales Accountant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all sales‑related financial transactions are accurately recorded, analysed and reported. This role supports the sales team by managing invoicing, VAT compliance, revenue recognition and debtor management, helping the business track profitability and cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Create, issue and maintain sales invoices with correct unit prices and quantities.
• Record sales revenue and manage VAT to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile customer accounts, debts and payment records in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Track sales transactions, manage customer vouchers and monitor inventory movements to align with warehouse records.
• Analyse sales figures, monitor expenses and contribute to profitability assessments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on customers and suppliers to facilitate efficient sales operations.
• Provide support to the sales team for channel partner expansion, including dealers and distributors.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Experience in sales‑related accounting, invoicing and tax compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP HANA accounting module.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
