Sales Account Manager – Out of Country Program

About the role

Amazon Global Selling is looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to drive growth of international sellers on Amazon India. You will work closely with senior executives at prospective sellers, guide them through onboarding, and help existing sellers expand their product range.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and articulate Amazon Services and benefits to external audiences.
• Negotiate deals with senior seller executives and support their onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the seller onboarding process.
• Set account targets and priorities that align with category strategy.
• Monitor partner performance and sales, ensuring productivity and seller satisfaction targets are met.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable analyzing data to draw actionable insights.
• Adaptable to ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Strong execution focus and ability to follow repeatable processes.
