Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of client accounts, preparing proposals, and delivering tailored multimedia solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue through outbound sales calls and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Conduct market and competition analysis to inform go‑to‑market strategies.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across media, digital, content, and PR properties.
• Coordinate spot scheduling, pricing, and creative brief delivery with programming and sales coordinators.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Content, Finance, Scheduling, and Corporate Office.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM with 1‑5 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of the local market and language; willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
