Safety & Security Manager

About the role

The Safety & Security Manager is responsible for ensuring that all operational sites comply with company safety policies and relevant regulations. This role drives a proactive safety culture through audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits and FLS audits across multiple centre models to identify hazards and non‑compliance.
• Plan and lead monthly Safety Committee meetings aligned with operational needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, emergency preparedness plans, and CAPA actions.
• Capture, investigate, and analyse incidents; generate trend reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Promote a positive safety culture by organising trainings, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a unified approach to safety and security.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, trainings, incidents, and risk assessments (HIRA).
• Stay updated on safety regulations and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in safety and security management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety and security regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and implement safety and security policies that align with organisational goals.
