Rust Developer – Build High-Performance Systems

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Rust Developer to join our development team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high‑performance software solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Rust, focusing on performance, safety, and code correctness.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code adhering to Rust standards.
• Design and implement algorithms, data structures, and system components.
• Integrate Rust code with existing systems and APIs.
• Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug Rust code, providing timely solutions.
• Work with QA to test and validate functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver high‑quality solutions within deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Rust Developer with a portfolio of Rust projects.
• Strong proficiency in Rust, with solid understanding of memory management and concurrency.
• Familiarity with system‑level programming concepts; knowledge of low‑level languages is a plus.
• Experience with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
