Room Attendant / Housekeeper

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Room Attendant/Housekeeper and help create memorable stays for guests. You will ensure guest rooms are immaculate, replenish supplies, and deliver courteous service that reflects Hilton’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and deep‑cleaning as needed.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities to maintain a fully stocked room.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart each shift.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, enhancing their experience.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas following hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or room‑attendant role.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Professional, courteous interaction with guests and teamwork with other hotel departments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures.
