RMC Plant Operator – Ready Mix Concrete

About the role

PanchaKrishna Construction Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business in Nagpur and seeks an experienced RMC Plant Operator. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the batching plant to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time concrete production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the RMC batching plant for daily production targets.
• Accurately batch cement, aggregates, sand, water and admixtures according to approved mix designs.
• Run the plant control system, track batching parameters, and meet dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Dispatch, Maintenance, and Plant Management teams.
• Maintain production, batching and operational records; report material shortages.
• Ensure plant cleanliness, safety procedures, and minimise downtime.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational issues and escalate major technical problems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in RMC/batching plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of the complete RMC batching process.
• Ability to read and follow approved mix designs and production instructions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Disciplined approach to safety, accuracy and production schedules.
