RF Technician II – Antenna Testing & Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced RF Technician II to join our team in Verna, Goa. You will play a key role in validating designs, testing, and integrating microwave and mmWave reflector antenna and feed systems for sustainable network solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and align reflector antenna feed systems, including horns, OMTs, waveguides, and sub‑reflectors.
• Perform bench‑level RF tests such as return loss, VSWR, insertion loss, and IPI.
• Set up and operate Planar Near Field (PNF) and Cylindrical Near Field (CNF) measurement ranges.
• Conduct antenna pattern and PCB measurements, configure RF chains, and troubleshoot high insertion loss, mismatch, and pattern distortion.
• Operate and maintain anechoic chambers, positioners, scanners, and RF instrumentation (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generators).
• Generate test reports, maintain calibration records, and ensure compliance with RF lab safety standards.
• Support outdoor antenna validation, field installation, and link‑level testing.
• Coordinate with RF, mechanical, and process teams, and assist in trial builds, BOM verification, and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in ECE/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering with 5 years of experience, or B.E. in the same fields with 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of microwave/mmWave fundamentals and antenna theory.
• Ability to work onsite, travel to field sites, and follow strict safety and measurement standards.
