Review Manager – Managed Review (India)

About the role

The Review Manager partners with clients and DISCO’s attorney team to leverage AI‑powered review tools, driving faster and higher‑quality eDiscovery outcomes. This role blends project leadership, workflow design, and client interaction to ensure optimal review performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Managed Review projects, overseeing reviewer teams and ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Design and implement customized review and quality‑control workflows, collaborating with the AI lab to reduce costs and accelerate evidence discovery.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
• Create and maintain standard documentation, status reports, and metrics dashboards for the Review team.
• Gather client feedback and work with product and engineering teams to shape new features.

Required profile

• 8+ years of document review management experience in eDiscovery, managed review, or related legal services.
• Proficiency with at least one leading review platform (e.g., DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate).
• Ability to adapt work schedule for global client engagements across US and UK time zones.
• Track and improve operational metrics such as cost, efficiency, and quality.
