Review Associate (Legal eDiscovery)

About the role

The Review Associate will leverage DISCO’s AI‑powered platform to conduct large‑scale document review for international law firms and corporate legal departments. The role focuses on first‑level review, quality control and enhancing client outcomes through efficient and accurate work.

Key responsibilities

• Review large volumes of complex documents for relevance, issue tags and privilege, identifying key documents for legal reviews.
• Maintain “first‑time right” quality by following SOPs, creating decision logs and performing quality control checks.
• Engage with clients to understand pain points, provide solutions and relay feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Prepare standard documentation such as review protocols, status reports, training guides and workflow documentation.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all jobs are completed according to client specifications and deadlines.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of document review management experience in e‑discovery or managed review.
• Experience with one or more review platforms such as DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw or Axcelerate.
• Strong understanding of legal concepts and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and client‑service orientation.
