Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will lead the optimisation of all revenue streams for Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel. Reporting to senior management, you will develop and implement strategies that maximise room revenue, overall hotel profit and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly 3‑month and monthly 12‑month forecasts for room revenue by market segment.
• Assist in the creation, update and evaluation of the hotel’s annual budget and sales‑and‑marketing plan.
• Set and communicate pricing strategies based on market intelligence, buying patterns and seasonality.
• Chair weekly revenue meetings, distribute minutes and action plans.
• Manipulate availability and rates across all distribution channels to optimise RevPAR.
• Introduce incremental revenue generators and support the sales team with performance analysis.
• Monitor competitor pricing daily using industry reports, Ring Around, dummy bookings and other tools.
• Ensure full utilisation of PMS and RMS technologies and maintain high data‑quality standards.
• Drive revenue through Minor Hotels booking channels and manage distribution performance.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on campaigns, promotions and market‑trend analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Experience using industry reporting tools, Ring Around and dummy booking systems.
• Knowledge of hotel distribution platforms such as Hotelier and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
