Retail Team Member – Salford Extra Store

About the role
Join Tesco as a Colleague at the Salford Extra store and help deliver great service to shoppers every day. This role offers flexible hours, a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (or 12 hours if preferred), and a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers with passion, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
- Work across the store, including service, picking, and replenishment areas.
- Handle deliveries, stock products safely, and maintain product quality.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Support store performance goals by reducing waste, shrinkage, and driving sales.
Required profile
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to build rapport with shoppers and represent Tesco values.
