About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Salespersons to join our offline retail team in Hati Bagan, Kolkata. You will be the face of our high‑performance sports apparel brand, helping athletes find the right gear while driving store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain store inventory.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Drive retail sales and contribute to store targets.
- Develop strong, in‑depth knowledge of our product range.
- Create a positive and engaging customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A learner’s mindset and willingness to grow.
- Customer‑focused attitude.
- Interest in sports and sports products is a plus.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary of ₹18,000.
- Additional 1% commission on store sales.
- Full‑time schedule: 6 days/week, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
