Retail Sales Representative – Stockist & Contractor Management

About the role

You will be responsible for driving secondary sales across a defined territory by managing stockists, retailers, contractors and masons. The role focuses on expanding product reach, arranging demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Serve at least two stockists, assigning 20‑30 retailers to each.
• Appoint and onboard retailers within the assigned territory.
• Visit every retail counter in the city to scan the market and generate secondary sales.
• Identify project scope by visiting raw sites such as KOTHI, HOUSE, and IHB.
• Collaborate with contractors and masons to generate sales from site projects.
• Arrange product samples and live demonstrations at customer sites.
• Organise in‑shop meetings and promotional activities.
• Communicate schemes and promotions to contractors and masons.
• Follow up with stockists and retailers to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of retail and construction market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
