About the role
Rynox Gear is looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join its store team in Thane/Navi Mumbai. You will be the front‑line ambassador for riders, helping them choose the right gear, apparel, and accessories for their next ride.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting riding gear, apparel, and luggage that match their needs.
- Drive store sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product recommendations.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
- Maintain product displays and uphold premium store standards.
- Support store events, promotions, and rider activities.
Required profile
- 0–1 year of retail or sales experience; freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Passion for motorcycles and riding gear is a significant advantage.
