Retail Sales Executive

About the role

Quba Architectural Products is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to drive sales of its architectural product range across the secondary market. You will be the primary point of contact for dealers, retailers and distributors, ensuring product visibility, order placement and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to dealers, retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Generate orders, place them through distributors and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, channel partners, architects, interior designers and developers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels, support optimal inventory and coordinate order processing with internal teams.
• Execute local marketing activities such as carpenter meets and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure product visibility and branding at retail outlets.
• Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends, and provide regular market feedback.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in building materials, paints & adhesives, or plywood sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑sales environment.
• Problem‑solving, decision‑making and target‑driven mindset.
