Retail Sales Associate – Jewellery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our new showroom in Shahpur Jat, South Delhi. The role focuses on delivering a premium jewellery shopping experience to upper‑middle‑class and high‑net‑worth customers, driving sales and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their visit.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery pieces.
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, pricing, and care instructions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Maintain long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle queries, objections, and after‑sales support professionally.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and secure jewellery displays.
• Manage billing, inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Follow all security procedures for jewellery inventory.
• Assist with store opening, closing, and uphold store standards.
• Support promotional events, exhibitions, and festive sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of jewellery products, gemstones, precious metals, and market trends.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management.
