Retail Sales Associate – Garments Store (Ajmer)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our garments store in Ajmer. You will work on‑site full‑time, supporting daily store operations and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, answer queries and provide courteous service.
• Process basic sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Maintain tidy store displays, keep shelves stocked and ensure overall cleanliness.
• Receive, unpack and organize new inventory shipments.
• Perform simple record‑keeping and help communicate customer feedback to management.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and delivery staff as needed.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in local languages and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of retail or garment handling and inventory organization.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn store procedures and work collaboratively with the team.
• Prior retail or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
