Retail Recruitment Specialist – Work From Home

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for retail and sales positions. This permanent, work‑from‑home role offers the opportunity to partner with multiple clients, source quality candidates, and drive successful placements while enjoying the flexibility of a remote setup.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
• Source candidates using Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and regular hiring reports.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Ensure timely closures while upholding quality hiring standards.
• Stay updated on market trends and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail recruitment or retail sales hiring.
• Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Naukri (Resdex) and other job portals.
• Personal laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
