Retail Recruiter – Work From Home

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Retail Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for our retail operations. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while supporting our recruitment needs across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required profile
- Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or volume hiring.
- Strong communication and candidate‑handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Required skills
What we offer
- Work‑from‑home arrangement with a Monday‑Saturday schedule (10 am‑7 pm).
- Salary up to ₹15,000 per month.
