About the role
Join Nike Direct as a Retail Associate working in the stockroom of our new Faridabad store. You will deliver world‑class service to customers while supporting all back‑of‑house operations and contributing to a vibrant store community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide world‑class service to consumers using Nike’s four service principles.
- Assist daily retail operations including cash register handling, shipping and receiving, floor stocking, cleaning and visual display building.
- Develop positive relationships with customers and teammates and support store events.
- Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be flexible to work varied hours.
Required profile
- Secondary school qualification and basic math skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
- One or more years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Team‑oriented attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
