Retail Associate

About the role

As a Retail Associate you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving store sales and fostering brand loyalty. You will work directly with customers, applying product knowledge and brand values to meet and exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store sales, KPI and personal performance targets, taking ownership to achieve or surpass them.
• Deliver the Brand Customer Service standards, ensuring every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently demonstrating brand attitude and values.
• Utilise seasonal product knowledge to communicate features, benefits and unique selling points.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries promptly and keep the sales floor fully stocked.
• Execute cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimise loss in both stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform all store operations safely, efficiently and in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and pursue coaching opportunities.

Required profile

• High school education (mandatory).
• Preferably at least 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
