Restoration Technician

About the role

Join SERVPRO Team CHG and be the first step in helping customers recover from water damage, floods, fires, or mold. The work can be messy, unpredictable, and demanding, but it is meaningful and makes a real difference every day.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency situations such as water, fire, or mold incidents.
• Perform hands‑on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and setup of drying or specialty equipment.
• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers, providing updates and reassurance during difficult times.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the job site organized.
• Deliver top‑quality work and take pride in getting the job done right.

Required profile

• Previous handyman, construction, or restoration experience.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Motivated to learn and grow your skills.
• Take pride in helping others in a time of need.
• Want to make a difference in your community.
• Enjoy hands‑on, active work – indoors and outdoors.
