Restaurant Supervisor – Prayagraj

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Prayagraj location. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff schedules and task allocation, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant activities, including staff scheduling, task delegation and floor management.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness and safety practices to maintain compliance with hygiene standards.
• Address customer concerns promptly and support team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to streamline workflows and manage inventory and basic documentation.
• Report operational issues to management and maintain an active presence on the floor to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising teams in hospitality or a similar customer‑facing environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, including shift planning and task delegation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work with diverse team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in restaurants or retail is preferred; vocational training or formal education in hospitality or business is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for handling schedules, reports and communication tools.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
