About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead one of our pizza restaurant locations in Surat. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high‑quality service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Develop work schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with upper management to implement business strategies and improvements.

Required profile

• 0‑4 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage operations efficiently under high‑pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in inventory control and cost management.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
