Restaurant Manager – Mumbai

About the role

The Restaurant Manager is fully accountable for daily operations of a Pizza 4P's outlet, overseeing kitchen, pizza, service, cheese and guest service teams. The role combines people leadership, financial stewardship and brand‑standard enforcement to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service from opening to closing and handling escalated guest issues.
• Manage the P&L, controlling food, labour and overall profitability against budget.
• Lead, coach and develop Assistant Managers and department leaders, driving recruitment, training and succession planning.
• Enforce food quality, hygiene, safety standards and conduct regular audits with Kaizen action plans.

Required profile

• 5–7 years progressive experience in restaurant/F&B operations, with at least 2 years supervising multiple departments.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership, cost control and high‑volume profitability.
• Strong alignment with 4P's core values – Authenticity, Omotenashi, Compassion and Kaizen.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with POS systems and scheduling software.
