About the role

The Den Bengaluru, a luxury hotel in Whitefield, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its dining venues. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures seamless daily operations, high service standards, and memorable guest experiences across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of assigned restaurant outlets, maintaining quality food and beverage service.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance for front‑of‑house teams.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and support promotional activities and special events.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue targets and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and high satisfaction levels.
• Experience hiring, training, and supervising restaurant teams with an inclusive approach.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and cross‑functional departments.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu understanding, and basic cost awareness.
• Previous management experience in upscale or luxury hotel/restaurant environments.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities, especially during peak periods.
• Commitment to health, safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local regulations.
