Restaurant Manager – Lead Operations & Guest Experience

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at our Civil Lines location, ensuring a welcoming environment and high service standards for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, monitoring service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and coordinate with the kitchen on menu execution.
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and support sales and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Experience in hiring, team supervision, training, and building a positive work culture.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations, basic food safety, and service standards.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar hospitality role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
