About the role
We’re looking for someone who understands that running a great restaurant is not just about keeping operations moving. It’s about the floor, how guests are welcomed, how quickly the team notices things, and how smoothly a busy service runs.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and training the service team
- Owning guest experience and service standards
- Running smooth opening, service and closing operations
- Coordinating closely with the kitchen, barista and retail teams
- Handling guest feedback and service recovery
- Maintaining hygiene, grooming and restaurant standards
- Tracking daily sales, covers, average bill value and other operating metrics
