Key responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure personalized service.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage ordering to optimize profitability.
• Drive upselling initiatives, track sales performance, and support revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in a high‑end restaurant or hotel, or 2‑3 years as an Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and deliver guest‑focused service.
