About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager who is passionate about food and beverage and can create memorable experiences for guests. As the on‑floor leader, you will uphold the highest standards of hospitality while driving team performance and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Develop and launch innovative programs and promotions to increase guest patronage.
- Assist with financial budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Cover shifts as needed, demonstrating flexibility in working hours.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
- Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with guests and staff.
- Commitment to the core value of teamwork.
