Restaurant Manager

About the role

Chapter Two Goa is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Calangute location. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth service, high guest satisfaction, and coordination between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities, including service flow, food and beverage quality, and guest experience.
• Supervise, schedule, and train staff across operations, human resources, and administrative functions.
• Manage shift rotas, monitor inventory, and control costs while maintaining standards.
• Handle data entry, interpretation and analysis for management information systems.
• Collaborate on promotional initiatives and maintain communication with ownership.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in any trade or organization.
• Strong customer‑service focus with ability to manage guest feedback.
• Experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a high‑volume or tourist environment.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Basic data entry and analysis capabilities.
